Mega-factories contracting Shoppinglistgold faced delays of up to 45 days in the initial setup of catalogs, users, and provisioning rules. The manual process caused errors in Gold Tier level assignments and delayed the first purchase orders.
We designed a structured onboarding flow in three phases: preloading master data from the client's ERP, validation of critical suppliers with automatic alerts, and progressive module activation based on the plant's consumption profile.
The portal was developed as an extension of the existing admin panel. Each new client receives a secure link to complete their corporate profile, upload contracts, and define minimum stock thresholds. Integration with SAP and Oracle systems was tested in three pilot plants during the first quarter.
Compliance checklists were incorporated for the support team, reducing the average setup time from 35 to 12 business days. Automatic notifications inform the client about each completed stage and the next steps.
