Shoppinglistgold is a B2B corporate procurement SaaS platform designed to digitize the purchasing chain of mega-factories in Argentina. The service includes purchase order management modules, ERP system integration, an analytical dashboard, and, for Gold Tier clients, prioritization of just-in-time deliveries of critical manufacturing supplies.
The client agrees to provide truthful and up-to-date information during registration and use of the platform. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and all activities carried out under their account. Use of the service must be limited to legitimate corporate procurement business purposes, and any activity that violates Argentine law or the rights of third parties is prohibited.
Shoppinglistgold commits to maintaining the platform operational with a minimum monthly availability of 99.5%, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. However, the company shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or interruptions caused by force majeure events, failures in the client's internet infrastructure, or actions of third-party providers. Shoppinglistgold's total liability is limited to the value of the monthly subscription paid by the client in the period of the incident.
The Gold Tier level is subject to availability and prior evaluation of the client's purchasing profile. Total elimination of production stoppages is not guaranteed, but rather an improvement in supply reliability based on historical data and prioritization algorithms. Performance metrics presented in the dashboard are estimates based on information entered by the client and suppliers.
All content, software, design, and functionalities of the platform are the exclusive property of Shoppinglistgold or its licensors. The client acquires no ownership rights to the platform, and its use is limited to a non-transferable license for the duration of the subscription.
The client may cancel their subscription at any time by written request to info@shoppinglistgold.com. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period. Shoppinglistgold reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service if the client breaches any of these conditions, without the right to a refund.
Shoppinglistgold may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified to the client at least 30 days in advance by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
